Gör en deg.
Smält 100 gram smör, tillsätt 5 dl mjölk, låt bli fingervarmt.
Lös upp 1 pkt jäst i degspadet, tillsätt 1 dl strösocker, 1 tsk salt och blanda sedan i ca 11-12 dl vetemjöl. Ha rätt så lös deg, det blir saftigare bullar då!
Jäs i ca 40 minuter.
Ta ur degen på bakbordet. Knåda en liten stund, men försök att inte tillsätta mer mjöl.
Rulla ca 20 st runda bullar lägg på bakplåtspappersklädda plåtar.
Gör en fyllning av 100 gram rumsvarmt smör, 1 pkt saffran (0,5g), 0,5 dl finhackad mandel och 1 dl strösocker.
Tryck ett stort hål med en sked eller tummen i varje bulle. Lägg i fyllning i hålen.
Jäs i ca 25 minuter. Pensla med ägg eller mjölk, strö över pärlsocker.
Grädda i 10-12 minuter i 225 grader.
Låt svalna något...
